Katrina Percy, Chief Executive (Maternity leave until October 2013)
Since joining the NHS as a management trainee, Katrina has worked across all sectors of the NHS but also internationally. Her roles have included Chief Operating Officer in an acute Trust, strategy lead for an SHA and Director of a hospital in Tanzania.
Through her career, Katrina has delivered significant financial, performance and clinical turnaround and transformations. She is particularly passionate about developing organisational culture which empowers front-line clinicians to deliver change and develops strong leaders throughout the organisation.
Sue Harriman, Deputy Chief Executive/Chief Operating Officer (Acting Chief Executive until October 2013)
Sue is a Registered Nurse who trained in the Royal Navy and enjoyed a sixteen year military career. Working in many clinical environments in both NHS and military establishments she ultimately specialised in both critical care and infection prevention and control. Working in both primary and secondary care sectors since joining the NHS over twelve years ago her roles have included Nurse Consultant in Infection Prevention, Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professions (AHP) and Managing Director of Hampshire Community Health Care.
Sue is the Operational Lead for Southern Health, The Director of Nursing and AHP’s and the Director of Infection Prevention and Control. Sue has led significant service change programmes in our services striving to ensure high quality service with exceptional patient and carer experience.

Helen McCormack, Chief Medical Officer
Helen qualified as a Doctor at the University of Southampton in 1983 and has worked in the National Health Service in Hampshire ever since. She began training in Psychiatry in 1986 and was appointed as a Consultant in Older People’s Mental Health in 1994. For the last 5 years she has undertaken a variety of leadership roles involving medical management, Chair of Older People’s Mental Health and from June 2010 Clinical Director for Older People’s Mental Health. After holding the position of interim Medical Director from March 2012, she was appointed as Chief Medical Officer in July 2012. Helen has significant experience of innovation, service transformation and redesign, with a strong focus on the needs of patients, their families and their carers.

Sandra Grant, Director of Workforce and Development
Sandra has worked for the NHS for over 15 years in a variety of settings such as Acute, Mental Health, Community and Health Authority Organisations. In her current role as Director of Workforce and Communications she also has responsibility for improving the patient and staff experience.
Sandra and her team have been working with external organisations such as Virgin Atlantic Airlines to embed the organisations values and share a corporate vision of what success would look like for the Trust.

Gary Bryant, Interim Director of Finance and Corporate Services
Gary Bryant has worked in the NHS for over 20 years in a variety of finance roles. A qualified chartered certified accountant, Gary has experience in all sectors of health care provision, and has overseen mergers and integration of both acute and community organisations, working to deliver efficiencies through this process. During his time at the department of health, Gary oversaw the set up of large capital projects, including the new PFI hospital at Pembury.
