When receiving care from the Trust we may have to keep certain information about you. It's your right to know what we do with it, how we store it and how you can access it. You can find out more about what information we store by looking at our Information pages.
You may be unable to consent to the care that you need. If this is the case, you will be detained under the Mental Health Act which will help us to ensure we can provide the right level of care that you need at the right time.
