Making things easier

We want to make sure that everyone using our services can access them in a way that meets their needs, this could be having information produced in an easy read format, longer appointment times or meeting in a place that they can easily get to.

These are called Reasonable adjustments. It is a legal requirement for making sure that services are accessible to people who use them.
