If you need any other arrangements to be made in order to contact us, we can organise this for you, including access to an interpreter. 

You can also put any concerns or complaints onto CD, video or audio tape if you prefer. 

If you contact the Chief Executive in writing then your letter will be passed to the Customer Experience Team to make contact with you on her behalf.
