On behalf of the Trust we express our deep sadness following the news that Her Majesty the Queen has passed away. Our heartfelt condolences and thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time.
We pay tribute to her Majesty the Queen, who devoted her life to public service which she carried out with unwavering dedication over seven decades. Colleagues in this Trust and across the NHS and care services work tirelessly to support our patients and communities and we truly understand the meaning and importance of Her Majesty’s endeavours. The Queen frequently praised the courage and compassion of healthcare staff and demonstrated genuine empathy to those suffering from ill health and other personal challenges. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
