Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust welcomes new Chief People Officer.
A warm welcome to Dr Satnam Sagoo who starts her role as Chief People Officer today on 22 May 2023. Dr Satnam joins the Trust from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and brings a wealth of experience from a career working across multiple sectors.
Dr Satnam joins our Executive Team and her role is all about supporting the Trust to become the best place to work, setting the direction and priorities that will help us get there.
On joining the Trust, Dr Satnam says: “I am delighted to be joining Southern Health at such a pivotal time and am looking forward to meeting and hearing from as many colleagues as possible in the coming weeks and months.
“Building on the great work already done by the team I am keen to ensure that Southern Health provides the best opportunities for all its people to flourish and thrive and provide better health outcomes for our patients.”
