The Trust is hosting a Psychiatry Summer School for lower sixth form students from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight from Wednesday 24 July to Friday 26 July 2024.
The summer school is aimed at students studying A levels and thinking of applying to university to study medicine. It is a fantastic opportunity to find out the medical specialism of Psychiatry. The summer school is also open to applicants who are working or doing another university course who are thinking about applying to study medicine (and who might be older than 17 or 18 years).
The three-day summer school will provide a great opportunity to network with local NHS Doctors, to learn more about the fascinating discipline of Psychiatry, and to improve the chances of students successfully applying through UCAS to study medicine.
