Leadership, Education and Development (LEaD) are the Trust’s dedicated training team who provide support to all 8,000 of our staff.
LEaD provide a huge range of training and assistance, from essential clinical training to helping improve your IT skills. They also help our leaders to be the best they can be, supporting them to be innovative and inspiring with the staff they help lead and manage.
