Our aim is to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health and wellbeing of the people we serve and that exceed their expectations.
However, we recognise that there are times when the Trust does not meet the standards that you or we expect. If this happens, we would like to know about it. We welcome all of your comments, concerns, complaints and compliments because they help us to improve the services that we provide to all of our service users.
Independent advice and support
The Customer Experience Team act independently of clinical teams. We liaise with staff, managers and, where appropriate, with other relevant organisations to ensure that your concerns are investigated and responded to in an effective and timely manner. We also work in line with the NHS Complaints Regulations 2009.
If you are not the service user or you are contacting the department on behalf of a service user, we will need their consent to share personal information with you. However, we are able to provide you with more details about this at the beginning of any potential investigation.
