Carolyn initially joined Research and Development in 2010 after a challenging episode of Psychosis to get back to full strength.  After a year she was employed by then and now full time works on the Public Involvement and Engagement work in Research within the Trust and is also a Service User Research Assistant on projects like Mindfulness for Voices and EYE 2 as well as recruiting to other studies. She often adds her SU perspective to grants applications and lay summaries for NIHR Portfolio studies.
