Juliette trained at Guy’s Hospital in 1985 and has nursed in varying specialities including E.N.T., high dependency medicine, breast surgery and practice nursing. Charity is a mental health nurse. She has worked for Southern Health Trust as an RMN since graduating from the University of Southampton as a mental health nurse in 2007 and later graduated with a degree in Nursing in 2011 whilst working for the Trust in Ravenswood House.

Danielle McCracken – Research Facilitator

I started working in the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Research and Development team in July 2018 as a mental health research facilitator. 

I very first entered research in March 2015 working at UHS in the clinical trials pharmacy. Within 3 months I went from pharmacy support worker to senior pharmacy support working making a start on my NVQ2 in pharmaceutical services. From here I discovered that my passion lied within research more than pharmacy and I took up my first clinical trials assistant role in paediatric oncology in May 2016. Read more ➡

Qi’s nursing career began in theatres where she worked for over ten years as a theatre practitioner, spanning different specialties - including major surgery - in London, Coventry, Exeter and Winchester.
