What our patients say:
"A lovely lady from your team called me today. I was nervous but she put me at ease straight away. The information she gave me on the first call helped me so much, there were things I was doing wrong but have now put right! I am so grateful to her, a lovely lady, and another ‘angel’. I will clap for her on Thursday and you are lucky to have her working for you. Thank you for making my life so much better!"
"I was very pleased with the way I was treated. Incontinence is rather personal and something one doesn’t like to talk about. I was put at ease and I was able to talk about my journey and felt listened to."
"Our resident felt really pleased with the service and felt she was listened to and that her views were important. Sometimes people in care homes feel their autonomy is removed and that they are a bystander to decisions being made for them. We really appreciate the fact you were able to do this."
"So many people don’t know about this service or are reluctant to use it. It has changed my life. Thank you!"
