Meet the team

West Hampshire Enteral Nutrition Service Team

Sarah has worked as a dietitian in Hampshire since 2007. She started her career at Southampton General Hospital, later moving onto the community. In 2011 Sarah was appointed to work for the Southampton enteral service and then become the lead for the WHENS.  

Helen graduated as a Dietitian from the University of Surrey in 2010. She previously worked for the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust though she was based at Salisbury District Hospital covering South Wiltshire as a Home Enteral Nutrition Support Dietitian. She had an enhanced role as in addition to providing Dietetic input she provided stoma site and tube care including Gastrostomy and Jejunostomy tube changes.

Frances is one of two enteral feeding nurses’. She previously worked as a community dietetic support worker and worked as a group leader for Diabetic weight management, before being asked to come to the WHENS team.

Zayla is one of two enteral feeding nurses’. She also works at UHS in D7, Gastro and Liver ward. Zayla has been with UHS since 2003.

Anneli is one of two enteral feeding assistants. Previous to this role Anneli worked in a day service for adults with learning disabilities as a support worker. Anneli has a NVQ level 3 in health and social care.

Debbie is one of two enteral feeding assistants, Debbie has an NVQ level 2 and care certificate. She has been working within southern health trust for 2 years.

Louise works for the WHENS team aswell as working with the West Hampshire Diabetes service. She looks after the admin side and also looks after events and meetings.
