School Nursing teams in Hampshire currently offer the HPV immunisation.

This immunisation is given to all year 8 girls in schools in Hampshire and to those that are educated at home.

If you have a daughter in year 8 she will receive a consent form from her school in early September. It is important you complete and return the form as soon as possible.

If you have a daughter in year 8 or above who has not started the HPV immunisation programme and you would like her to receive the HPV vaccine please complete and sign the vaccination consent form and return it to your local School Nursing team.

If you have any questions about the HPV immunisation or the Diphtheria Tetanus and Polio booster, please contact your School Nursing team or family doctor.
