Our type 2 diabetes group education scheduled today for Parklands Hospital and Eastleigh Health Centre have both postponed and the service will be in touch with those booked on to reschedule.

We need people with a 4x4 who are comfortable driving in snow to help our staff get to work and also see patients in the community. All MSK, physiotheraphy, orthopaedic choice, podiatry and pain clinics scheduled for today have been cancelled in the interests of patient and staff safety. Appointments are being rescheduled.
The Met Office have issued an amber warning for wind and snow across Hampshire from 2pm today (Thursday 1 March) until 8.00am tomorrow (Friday 2 March). Snow has already fallen overnight and a spell of heavy snow is expected later today.
We have arrangements in place for the cold weather forecast and we will continue to operate services as normal as far as possible. Our committed staff will make every effort to get to work and we are working closely with our local partners, as we aim to run services with as little disruption to patients as we can.
Services will continue to operate as normal, but we will advise of closures on this page and social media channels. We urge everyone to take extra care during the cold weather and look out for vulnerable or elderly friends, family and neighbours.
- Phlebotomy Clinic at Lymington Hospital will be closed from 12noon today (1 March) and all day Friday 2 March. If you feel you require an urgent blood test, please speak to your GP in the first instance.
Our Walk in X-ray service will be closed at Lymington Hospital and Romsey Hospital tomorrow (Friday 2 March).
All radiology appointments scheduled for tomorrow (Friday 2 March) have been cancelled. All patients have been contacted and appointments will be rescheduled. If you have an appointment tomorrow and our team have not been able to get hold of you, please be assured that we will be in contact and you will given a new appointment.
