Coeliac Disease awareness stall

24 May; 9.30am-1.30pm; main reception, Lymington New Forest Hospital, Welworthy Road, SO41 8QD

During May, the charity Coeliac UK will be asking people ‘Is it Coeliac Disease?’ in a bid to find the half a million people in the UK living with undiagnosed Coeliac Disease without knowing it.

To support the campaign, our local Wessex Coeliac Group and Shirley James, Gastrointestinal Nurse Specialist from Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, will be holding a Coeliac Disease awareness stall at Lymington New Forest Hospital on 24 May 2016 from 9.30am-1.30pm.

Patients, visitors and members of staff of all ages who either have Coeliac Disease or think they may shows signs of the symptoms are welcome to come along and talk to people who have the condition; learn more about the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment; and try some tasty gluten free snacks!”
