It is made up of our Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors.
The board holds regular meetings to discuss key issues around performance, quality and governance. Anyone is welcome to attend a public board meeting.
The board is held to account by our Council of Governors. Governors are there to listen to your views, advise the Trust on what their local community needs and ensure the Trust carries out its plans.
Most of our Governors are appointed by our members. Being a member is free, and is a way of you getting involved in the Trust. It doesn’t mean you have to come to every meeting and event – you can be involved as little or as much as you like.
