QI launch audio podcast channel and there’s never been a better time to listen 

In true QI style we are trying out a new channel; just as the Trust starts to reset and recover, now is a great time for us to launch our QI podcast channel, giving listeners some top tips on restarting services and discussing covid19 experiences.

Sara Courtney, Divisional Director of Nursing and Clinical Lead for Quality Improvement Programme – reflecting on covid19 and talking about how Quality Improvement science can help teams when they are thinking about restarting services ask those vital questions around what value will this add to our service users and lets not introduce any unnecessary waste to our services. 

Anstey Ward - Louise Whiddington explains the impact Covid19 had on this ward at Alton Community Hospital.  

Technology - the team discuss how they reacted to the demands for remote access and new digital ways of delivering services during covid19 pandemic. 

Communications - how did communications respond to the pandemic, find out what new channels and frequencies they used to ensure reliable regular updates were received by staff in a timely manner.
