David Lee

I wanted to become a Governor so that I could help the Trust pro-actively improve its services and look at how it engages with the service users, patients and members of the public. I am a retired consultant surgeon and am actively involved in local charities as well as my local GP Patient Participation Group.  All of these experiences and skills provide me with a unique insight into health care from both a professional and personal perspective which helps when undertaking the role of a Governor.

I feel I give a balanced approach and view to help the Trust provide a service we would be happy for ourselves or our families to receive.
