Quality Improvement (QI) Week aims to showcase, demonstrate, and support the use of improvement tools and methods in health and social care.
Ever thought you would like to be involved in QI but you aren't sure where to start, or you don't have any experience of QI "processes" or tools?
Well, you're probably using QI in your everyday work without realising. Quality Improvement doesn't only have to be lead by managers; some of the most impactful ideas come from those who are working directly with service users and members of our communities.
QI Week 2023 takes place between 11 and 15 September, and the Southern Health QI team will be holding a range of virtual and in-person events. Please use the accordions below for more details and links to the various events being held by Southern Health's QI team throughout the week.
