Mental health reporting
Journalists looking for information on the most appropriate ways of reporting emotional crises or mental health issues - including suicide - may like to refer to the guidelines by the Samaritans which are supported by most media organisations and professional bodies.
 

Practical tips to look after your Mental Wellbeing this Winter

The winter months can be a challenging time for many of us and our mental health. Shorter days resulting in less light, cold and sometimes extreme weather can influence our mood and make it difficult to go about our daily lives.
