Fantastic annual leave allowance
Typically most full-time staff will be entitled to 27 days as well as bank holidays, which increases after five and ten years service. Staff employed under social care contracts and some clinical staff may have different allowances.
We also have policies which allow staff to request additional unpaid leave and special leave (which covers unforeseen situations such as compassionate or carer leave).
Great pension scheme

To help ease with the cost of childcare, parents can claim back some national insurance contributions by exchanging part of their salary for childcare vouchers.
