italk provides treatment and support for people with depression and anxiety disorders. We work in partnership with Solent Mind to provide this service.

Who is this service for?

italk is available to anyone 16 years and over who is experiencing:

  • Generalised anxiety disorder

  • Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

  • Panic disorder

  • Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Social phobia

  • Agoraphobia.


italk is available to anyone over 16 years of age who is experiencing these difficulties and is registered with a GP in:

  • Eastleigh

  • Fareham

  • Gosport

  • Havant

  • New Forest

  • Test Valley

  • Winchester


Get access to this service

You can either refer yourself to this service, or by speaking to your GP.

You can refer online, or by calling 023 8038 3920.

How we can help

Once we receive a referral, an assessment will be arranged over the telephone.

The assessment will be carried out by a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) who will discuss your individual needs and help to decide on the most appropriate intervention the italk service can offer you.
