Welcome to the Service User and Patient Experience page.
We are always looking for people to join our service user and patient groups to talk to us about what we do well and what we could do better.
These are groups specifically set up for people who have a learning disability and that use our services.
The groups are organised by Jayne Jazz and they run in Hampshire - in all our community teams and in our inpatient units too.
Most groups meet monthly and are involved in working with their local Learning Disability team to develop that service, creating easy read documents, giving feedback on services and presenting their work within the Trust.
If you want to join a group near you, contact Jayne (pictured with members of one of our Hampshire groups)
Jayne also coordinates all the feedback we get from the ‘Have Your Say’ surveys that our teams send out. She also helps coordinate the learning disability peer review programme and support service users to become reviewers.
