We are available to people of any age who have been diagnosed by a specialist in Parkinson’s disease.

You can request that your Consultant, GP, or health professional makes a written referral to our service.
We hold regular outpatient clinics in community sites, are available for advice via telephone clinics and can if review patients in their own home if necessary.
