Hampshire Community Learning Disability Team The Hampshire Community Learning Disability Team work in partnership with Hampshire County Council Adult Services to help provide services for adults with learning disabilities

Southampton Community Learning Disability Team The Southampton Community Learning Disability Team are a team of professionals and support staff who offer specialist health and social care services to people with learning disabilities over 18 years of age.

Inpatient Services (Ashford Unit) Our Inpatient Service provides intensive support and care to people with a learning disability. Our units include, Ashford, West view and Home farm.

Meet the Hospital Liaison Nurses The role of our Hospital Liaison Nurses is to make sure adults with Learning Disabilities, and their carers, have open and easy access to the various departments within Southampton University Hospital sites.
