At Southern Health, we are reviewing the way we respond to complaints and concerns from our patients, service users, their families and carers. The review aims to make sure our patients and their families can freely provide us with valuable feedback and we can improve our services.
As well as seeking the views of our patients, services users, families, carers and staff, the review will look at how complaints and concerns have been handled in the past and gather information on how findings from complaints, concerns and compliments has been used to improve services.
Your feedback is essential to help us improve, so we have set up a short survey for patients, service users and their families/carers so we can fully understand your perspective.
