NHS Mail problems

Due to the issues caused by yesterday's problem with NHS Mail there may be some delay in responding to emails.

We will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible, especially for inboxes that are linked to clinical services as well as other important services such as our Patient Experience team or Freedom of Information team. 


This should not affect patient care and we hope to be able to respond to emails within the correct timescales, however there may be a slight delay as the system returns to normal and we sort through any unnecessary emails.
