If you have not got an account for the staff website, you can easily register here.
When registering it is important to remember your username and password as you will need this every time you need to log in.
Once you have completed the form, you should receive an email asking for account verification. You should follow the link provided, if you do not do this you will not be able to use your new log in details.
You will only be able to register with an appropriate '@southernhealth.nhs.uk' email account.

If you do not have one of these and can not use the Southern Health email please email email@example.com or call 02380 874 000.
If you already have an account and you experience problems logging in there are a few things to check.
If your username is incorrect you will not be able to successfully log in. If you have forgotten your username please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If your password is incorrect you will again, not be able to log in. On the log in page there is a helpful tool available that you can use to reset your password.
If you follow the 'forgotten your password?' link then you will be asked to enter your email address. Please note that this email address must be the email that is associated with your account.
Once you have entered your email, you will receive an email with a link in that will allow you to reset your password.
Please choose a username and password that you can remember.
