Finding a reason to keep on track

When life becomes overwhelming, try spending some time identifying a reason to persist through such difficulties, something that will make the stress worthwhile. 

These are often closely linked to life priorities and personal goals. They can also become a reason not to engage in unhelpful or harmful behaviour (i.e. so called protective factors.

Focussing on staying well

Identify the activities that keep you well and maintain your life satisfaction. You have to regularly use your wellness skills in order to promote wellness.
