We work closely with patients and service users, local authorities, voluntary organisations, schools and Colleges and other NHS Trusts to ensure the best experience for the people who use our services.

This also means working closely with our commissioners to ensure we continue to provide services that meet the needs of local communities.

Community services

From before birth, to end-of-life, we offer a range of services to promote and improve physical health and wellbeing. We work closely with local clinicians to provide care both in people’s homes and in our community clinics and hospitals across Hampshire.

Our services include health visiting, care for people with diabetes, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and many more. We also deliver Hampshire’s stop smoking service – Quit4Life.

Mental health services

We provide a diverse range of mental health services for adults and older people. We focus on recovery and re-ablement, providing people with the support and treatment they need to achieve their goals.

Our care and treatment is provided both in the community and in our dedicated inpatient services. We also provide highly specialist treatment to adults and young people in secure and specialised settings.
