Our services
Southern Health provides an extensive range of physical and mental health services across Hampshire.
Community services
From before birth, to end-of-life, we offer a range of services to promote and improve physical health and wellbeing. We work closely with local clinicians to provide care both in people’s homes and in our community clinics and hospitals across Hampshire.
Our services include health visiting, care for people with diabetes, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and many more. We also deliver Hampshire’s stop smoking service – Quit4Life.
Mental health services
We provide a diverse range of mental health services for adults and older people. We focus on recovery and re-ablement, providing people with the support and treatment they need to achieve their goals.
Our care and treatment is provided both in the community and in our dedicated inpatient services. We also provide highly specialist treatment to adults and young people in secure and specialised settings.
Learning disability services
Our learning disability services are tailored to the individual, helping them to be as aspirational and independent as possible. As well as working with people in their homes and communities, we have a number of specialist low secure services to help people with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
Social care services
Social care services supporting people to live independent and fulfilling lives. We provide social care to people with a learning disability or mental health needs, including domiciliary care, tenancy support, short breaks, day opportunities and specialist residential care.
