Booking a course

Ready to book a course? Not sure how? Follow the steps below.

  1. Log on to the LEaD training website and select 'course search'

  2. You can search by typing in the course title or a keyword. Alternatively, you can select a course group from the drop down list on the left hand side.

  3. When the course you are searching for appears click on the course title to bring up dates.

  4. Choose a suitable date and click on 'Book'.

  5. Click Continue

  6. Double check that your work address is correct and also that you are booking the correct course, then click Continue

  7. You are now on the final page. Ensure that your line manager’s name is in the grey box, put a tick in the little white box to confirm that the information is correct and click Continue to complete your order.

What if my line manager is incorrect?

  1. If the line managers name that appears in the box is no longer your line manager please click Change

  2. This will redirect you to a page where you can search for the correct line manager.

  3. Click on the name of the correct line manager in order to continue with the booking.

  4. You can then click into the little white box to confirm that this is the correct line manager. Then click Continue

  5. Your booking will now be complete and an authorisation email will be sent to your line manager.

Related information

If you have no line manager name in the grey box then you will be unable to complete the order.

So please make sure that you have selected a line manager to authorise your course booking request.
